2 of the air sacs in my 3 eggs are very big and I can see the bodies jiggling at the membrane, we are on day 22, do you know why it could be so big?

They may have dropped, which happens about 24 hours before internal pip. You're seeing shadowing if you see movement just barely in the air cell.
