Day 30 of turkey incubation - help!

I'm on day 30 of my turkey egg incubation and I do not see an internal pip on the egg. On day 25, I witnessed the egg wiggling around a lot! Since then, I haven't seen any movement of the egg. I candled the egg today (picture attached) and I did not see any movement but I candled it quickly, as I do not want to shock the egg. The incubator has been at a steady 65-70% humidity. I am wondering, do I still have hope for my egg? I'm wondering if the turkey poult has passed since it hasn't made it to the air sack yet. Any advice would be appreciated. I am so sad - this is my first time trying to hatch anything and this turkey was looking promising up until now. I'm not sure if the breed matters but this is an Eastern Wild Turkey. I found this egg in a stream on May 15th after we received unusual amounts of rain in MN. I want to make it clear that this was not taken from a nest.
