Day 5 Candling HELP!!!

Hm. I wouldn't stress too much about it just yet. Sometimes they're turned weird when we candle and are barely visible. You should be able to tell at 7 days. Let us know what you find! Good luck, fingers crossed.

Oh, you'd better get another one and calibrate it. There's an article on here about calibrating, I can't find it ATM tho

I agree wait until day 7 or 10 and re candle. The veins will be easier to see then

Guess what? I waited until Day 7 (its day 7 right now) and now I can really see good spider veins. They're super easy to see! Thanks I'm really happy for my egg right now!

Wait a few more days and then recheck. I do think I see a faint veining

Congratulations. I had 8 I candled yesterday that didn’t show anything but I will wait til day 14 to be sure.. you never know. I have had development show later before..

If they develop "late" do they still hatch pretty much on day 21?

Yep I think what happened with the ones I had that did it was the veins weren’t close to the shell to see clearly.
