The egg still appears to have a good network of blood vessels from what I can see. If it were me, I'd leave the egg in until there are undisputable signs that the embryo has died.
It is possible that the embryo "could" be dying...but it's possible that it is fine. An embryo dying at the spider stage will usually show extreme atrophy of all the blood vessels so it all the vessels disappear, and that usually forms a blood ring.
It may also show up as a cloudy interior and a dark non moving spot if the embryo is slightly larger. The egg and the cloud swishes when you roll the egg back and forth. The lump doesn't move unless you swish it.
If the egg were to ooze liquid or start to smell, then take it out. Until that point you are fairly safe. I've kept many questionable eggs in the incubator until I was certain they were dead. I haven't had an egg blow up so far.
