Day 7...

I have a question about what an egg should look like. Last week on March 20th I let my hen Primrose sit on 3 eggs. On day 3 one cracked and on day 4 one cracked. So she is sitting on 1 egg currently. This is basically my rooster

He does that when I force him to go outside and then when he's inside he lays around all day, so I figured the eggs were infertile. But I have hope and deicded to try and hatch a few. Well I candled the egg today and what I saw I don't know what it means. It looked like a little more than 1/4 almost 1/2 was dark. I didn't really see any vein things but then again I don't have a great flashlight..do you think this egg could be devolping?

Please help and thanks for any ideas
