Hi all,

I am on day 9/10 of incubating 23 eggs. Over all things have been pretty stable, but since yesterday the humidity has lowered to the high 20's. Prior to this, it has been between 39 - 47. Is this normal at this point? I've just been adding a bit (tiny) of water which brings it back up for a while.

Any thoughts? (I'm using a Havobator 150N with egg turner).

Thanks!

20 means your water trays are dry. Add more water than a tiny bit.keep humidity 50 or higher.

I keep my hum 30%-40% I dont add water unless it drops below 28ish !!! Mine was weired today also and would come above 30% for some reason !! Odd, LOL !! Just add a tad more water, no big deal !

I agree, sounds like your tray /channel is too dry. Add a little and see what your humidity is.
I find I usually need about 42% to get a good decrease in egg weight by day 18.
