This question may be a dumb one, but I feel the need to ask...
I've been working with my budgies every day. Am I supposed to give them a day off? Would it be good for them, or would it impede their training?
By 'training', I don't mean tricks. I've simply been running through finger-perch excercises and gradually leading them to and from the cage, with some free-roaming time in a bird-proof room.
One bird is fine with all of it but the other is cranky- meaning that he sometimes bites or screeches. He is fine in the cage and he is fine out of the cage. He is not overly fond of being handled.
Would a break from me working with him be good for my cranky budgie, or would it hinder the progress?
