Day-old Brahma with fluid lump at base of his head.

Relatively new to hatching and I haven't seen this before. It is the last Brahma to hatch, he's a day or so late and he's got a fluid lump at the base of his head where it attaches to his neck. He's up, alert, and functioning well and it does seem like the lump is going down, but what would cause that and is there any long term things I need to watch for?

I had one like that, took a while for it to go away but had no effect on health and eventually went away after feathering out.
