DAY OLD CHICK, LIMPING LEG AND WING, SAME SIDE. CAN'T WALK WELL(picture)

It hatched yesterday, but it's leg sticks out so much more then the other and steps on its wing which always looks limp too hanging by its side. Could it have formed like this in the egg? Will it get stronger? A better way of describing it is, it wobbles around but it can't really stand up like the rest of the chicks

I figured out what was wrong with it, it has splayed leg, i made a little rubber band splint to keep is legs together, like a video showed me online. Hopefully it will walk in 24 hours
