If he’s only one day old he can survive on his yolk
If you are worried about energy levels try dropping some sugar water on his beak to get him to swallow

Does he seem to have leg or eye problems? Instead of giving him sugar water I recommend organic apple juice or if you do not have any then you can slice up some apples add water and then stick it in the microwave (make sure it’s cool enough before you give in to the chick!) then drop a couple drops on his beak with an eye dropper every hour or so. Chicks can survive up to 2-3 days after they hatch without food but it’s best if they do have some food.

Apple juice has sugar and vitamins also including riboflavin and other b vitamins!

Make sure its eyes are open. They are tiny and can get glued shut with sticky from the hatch. If its shut - warm wet q-tip gently in one direction until you see it open.

The pooped yet question is good too. They shake their little bum and try to poop and then fall over sometimes.

He doesn't look like he has eye or leg problems but I'll try the organic apple juice thanks!

He may be getting used to life
Where did you get the chicks?
Check over his legs and feet for any abnormality
Can he still walk?
Can he hold his head up?
He can hold his head up he can walk a bit around his feet don't look to have abnormalities I got the eggs from my aunt then I incubated them and he was the last to hatch but he only took around 10 minutes after the rest of the chicks
