Day old chick twitching it’s head

I just got home from tractor supply with a few bantam chicks. I got them into the brooder and now one is almost consistently twitching it’s head. It seems wobbly as well. Looked fine in the store. Please help!!!!

Can you get it drinking some water with SaveAChick electrolytes and vitamins or get some Poultry NutriDrench and give 2 drops while also getting it to drink water? Checkit for pasty butt, and just watch it to make sure that it is eating and drinking.

It’s eating and drinking on its own now and seeming pretty active. No pasty butt.
