Day Old Chick?

I hatched 2 chicks this weekend. One hatched around 5:30am on Sunday and the other hatched at 1:58pm yesterday (I know this because we watched her hatch

). I moved the chicks into a brooder tonight. The younger chick is eating, but not as much as her older chick. She's also sleeping more than the other. Is that normal for a day old chick? I'm guessing she's still living off of her yolk sac.

I'm wondering the same thing. I probably should have left her in the bator a little longer, but her buddy was very ready to get out. She's probably still recovering from her big day! Thanks for your help.

ya, i would imagin that would be normal lol after all, she is a baby lol :]
