Day old chicks with 3 week chicks?

Every hen is different. Most won't take the second batch, but some will take everything and anything.

Thanks. I decided not to risk it and found another feed store where I got two more day olds: another buff orpington and easter egger to add to the welsummer, mottled java and blue-laced red wyandotte I'd gotten in the morning. They all settled right in with each other, sleeping in a little pile together. We slipped them under Spring last night, and this morning they were peeping softly and she was chuckling happily, so all is well.

I have serama and silkie chicks and planning on getting a few more serama. I was thinking of getting a few large fowl chicks an wondering how old/big the youngest serama chicks should be before I get large fowl chicks to put in with them?

I definitely wouldn't mix standard and Serama.
