Day Old Duck!

This baby hatched yesterday about 4:30pm. I moved Waddles (his name) out to the brooder this evening at about 6pm (fully dry but had to wip his eyes since egg stuff crusted them shut). Brooder temp at floor is 90. I'm concerned because he just seems so weak and fragile. Is that normal. He doesn't really walk and kinda let's his head fall but then picks it back up. I'm a nervous first time duck mom!

He also won't stay out of the water bowl now that he has found it

Sounds pretty normal. Hatching is exhausting work. Give him a little time and keep an eye on him. You are doing great!
