Day Old Prtridge Rock Chicks

I am looking to purchase baby chicks to expand my current flock, but at my local TSC they're all straight run chicks. Right now they have Partridge Rocks, which is what I really want! Any way to tell what is a Pullet, Cockerel?

I just bought 4. The girl at TSC said she could tell the sex by vent sexing. Her co-worker did not like her disclosing that to me, so she discreetly picked me 4. Wish me luck on getting pullets!!! Also, I recommend buying them the day they arrive to have the best odds.
