day old quail not standing up

Hi Friends! I have a baby Coturnix who is scuttling around, won't stand up. He was the first to pip and the last to hatch so I thought maybe he was just tired, 24 hours later, still not standing. Getting around, seems alert eating and drinking, seems to be doing better... but not standing. Right foot seems a little weak or turned. If I give him water drops from my finger he tries to stand up to grab it. Just wondering if I can help him...Ideas?
I did not help him out of the shell.

Also I have seen his stretch out his legs when sleeping so makes me think it's not a leg problem.

maybe he was still figuring it out or had a minor development problem with his foot. watch him closely

I can't even tell him apart from the rest anymore!

Also I did give Braggs Nutritional Yeast and that seemed to help...but it could have just been time.
