Day One!!

We picked up our chicks from the local hatchery this afternoon! they’ve all been watered checked for pasty butt and are happy as can be!! 12 RIR and one the hatchery sent free - not sure what she is yet - but she is cute!!

I am afraid that may be the case about our “extra” - I told our daughter not to get too attached yet - as we’ll have to find him a new home if that’s the case
