Hey y'all! So with some of the warm weather I've set up my dog pen for the pullets to start getting some exercise while they're too young to be outside overnight (IMO) Do you think it's safe to have them outside unattended while their run doesn't have a covering? Just an hour or so to get some foraging and exercise along with sunshine. The gate is 30 inches tall and about 10 feet in diameter. I'm mainly concerned about them being too exposed I guess. Let me know what you think.

In an uncovered pen with no shelter they are readily accessible to any hawk that might notice them.  They are still quite small and would be easy prey for a hawk.

That's kinda what I was thinking too. Thanks :)
