My paternal great grandpa, my paternal grandfather, my father and me ALL have sinus issues and migraines as well. It could be very well it is inherited. Not only me but my sister and her sons and daughter has the same issues with sinus headaches and sometimes it gets so bad, we would puke. We all have allergies. My mom is allergic to alot of things and ended up having asthma but we were not as bad as hers. She carries the inhaler most of the time when she has her attacks. Her parents were unknown but issues with lung cancers.
