Its all over the Internet, but who knows who is right?

It's not hard to figure that out, since the majority who tout the benefits also happen to SELL DE.

Scientific studies say it's a fair insecticide and absorbant, and not much else

So do you believe scientists or salesmen?​

Do a search on YouTube for DE and you will find many facts and findings. I even found a news reel from 1962 talking about the benefits of DE as an insulating material.

Amazing the claims from dry skin to cleaning your colon!!

You would think that if this product is "organic" and safe to use for bug control, that the FDA or EPA or some other branch or government would have some info on this stuff, or at least to proof the claims made as legitimate.

I will continue to use it with the chicks to keep the bugs down, and maybe feed it to my dog, but I am not going to start ingesting it without some proof that it works!

Another reason I like DE is because it helps dry out the chicken poop so it doesn't smell. Also kills the fly larvae.
