De worming a flock with small chicks

I have a flock of 10 LF layers that free-range together. One hen has two chicks about 3 weeks old. I've noticed some unusual tiny worm-like things in "somebody's" poo over the last couple days, and since I've never dewormed, in over a year, I'm thinking I might do so.

What is the best thing to use with a flock with a couple tiny chicks? If I use the Wazine in the water, will the dose be detrimental to the babies? Should I use Ivermectin instead? or tablet dewormers, and only give it to the adults?

I'm okay with the disposal of eggs for a couple weeks. My biggest concern are the babies. I don't want to do anything detrimental to their well being.

Thank you for all your advice! BYC has never let me down!!

They are maggots. Your chicks are too young to have an infestation of worms. Worm your other chickens with valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer or safeguard liquid goat wormer.
