de worming...

So i need to deworm my hens. i went to the feed store today and the lady gave me wazine. In the powder form. the package says that 1000mg in 50 galons of water de worms 4300 hens. So i did up the math and came up with the numbers i need for my hens, but im not sure that it will work right because the dilution will be different.. i have 150 birds, and a 5 gal water tank... any ideas?

I'd think you'd need 100 mg for 5 gallons of water. I divided both by 10. I use the liquid form, they recommend removing the water overnight so they wake up good & thirsty for their medicated water.
