De

I'm glad we could help you! Its not too expensive either. I just got some with my poultry dust to put it the coop. ALWAYS consult BYC before going to TSC. They never know anything about chickens and look at you like your crazy. We can tell you exactly what you are looking for, where to find it, and what to ask for. I know this place is a life saver for my chickens. Never be afraid to ask either. You will almost always get great advice and priceless information. Good luck with your chickens, be glad you are doing the preventative instead of treating an infestation- GOOD JOB!

Hey, Preservation Acres!
I got mine from a guy out towards Woodbury. He was very reasonable. Let me try to dig up the phone number for you. The guy was really nice.

I bought it on eBay. I ran around 3 different towns looking for the stuff, calling every place I know, and some saying "yeah, we have that" only to go there and it NOT be food grade.

Save yourself the time and gas $$ and just order it. I found 50# for 50$. More than I need? Yes, but I won't ever need it again.

If you notice in my tag, a friend here Buys the DE and brings it towards this area of town...we put this idea together AFTER, I went all over Im talking feed store after feed store and nobody knew what DE was!!! I was like, are you kidding your a feed store!!!

so she bought it like 145mins from me and brought it my way on her way to work, so we posted an ad in BYC...its hard to get it or find it.

did u know its also good to put in the water of pets, chickens, livestock? even your family!!! I did alot of research...good for flies, mosquitos, and ANTS!!! IT KILLS ANTS!!! we sprinkle it in waterers of my chickens and they are alot healthier. I also put some in there feed.

So if you find it, maybe somebody can take an order run and take it your way? This person happens to work 5mins from my home, so she brings it this way at no charge to me...we have become friends met in BYC....good luck.
