I'm sorry I can't be of more help, but I would definitely look for signs of mites or lice on the rest of your birds as Wynette mentioned. They can be really tough to see, a lot of times you can find them around the vent of a bird. It can sometimes be easier to see them at night with a flashlight, look at the vent.

If you haven't wormed them recently, you might also try that. Many people use Ivomec as a wormer, but if you search BYC you'll find several different options/opinions on worming.
