Dead chick

I found this chick in my coop this evening the lady I got her from had some with this too they look weak and then just die can anybody tell me weather it was a disease or genetic chick was 9 or 10 weeks old

It could be coccidiosis, which can cause diarrhea, sometimes with blood, poor appetite, ruffled feathers, standing around puffed up or hunched, and sleepiness. Corid (amprollium) is used in the water for treatment. To know for sure, I would send a refrigerated body in to the state vet for a necropsy. If you have others, I would start the Corid right away and make sure they are drinking.

I have them on medicated food but I can also put them on that too
