Dead Chicken Eggs

I had a 7 month old chicken. She was suffering from Marek's from almost 15 to 20 days , today she died
my question is in between these 15 to 20 days she was laying eggs so whether those eggs are safe to consume ( we normally consume our chicken eggs) i also have 2 other chicken and they are also laying eggs so it is very confusing to classify which was of the dead chicken

The eggs .and meat of a chicken suffering from Marecks are perfectly safe to eat. Sorry to hear about your hen.
