Dead chicken in the coup blood in the nesting boxes

I came home today and went to check for eggs. My head hen was dead and no trama except for the blood on the vent area and on the fake eggs in the nest. Anyone have any ideas this is my first loss. I don't know if she was egg bound or what.

Also no bloody stool or any other chicken problems
