So I had 3 chicks that I was keeping waiting to put in the run with the other but 2 does last night. We got a cold front and just couldn’t handle it I guess? They had a heat lamp and almost 12 weeks old. I setup a large brooder in the garage to keep the remaining one till she’s big enough. I want to get her some company. Should I? Or just let her get big enough to move in with the rest on her own

Depends. How long till she moves in with the others? I'd keep her seperated. It sounds like your chicks died not of cold, but of something else.
My 9 week old chicks are all fine in -4°F weather here in Canada with no heat lamp. Even with -40°F weather there was only 1 fatality and that was from segregation.

It's way easier two introduce two together I had two chicks die of paint fumes and one left which didnt seem to mind being alone. I got her a new friend for company which she loved her after a few days. They are only a week apart tho so it's really up to you.
