Dead chicks at end

I had 13 hatch and several that had what looked to be full grown chicks that didn't make it out. Not even any pips. Any ideas???

How many grew but didnt hatch?

what kind of bator??? what temps and humidity did you carry the whole time? did you raise it in the end???
