Dead ducklings

I'm going to start with I'm not new to birds but this has me stumped. I have Indian runners and peaking. I had a Indian runner that was sitting and hatched out 5 ducklings and 2 chick's. So they are around 6 weeks old and I decided that they could come out and with me watching them explore the farm. The mom and family were wondering around less than half a hour one ducking did a head over foot flip and looked like it broke its neck didn't move right. Then a min later one went down didn't get up. So I put the other 3 and thier mom back up. The first 2 died then now 2 more died in the pen with one alive. WTF. They were fine before they went out. Heart attack? Bodies got stiff right after death. Just wtf. Everyone healthy here...

It sounds like they could have a Niacin deficiency. I’d get some Niacin powder or drops for your ducklings.

For clarification they were all fine in thier pen all walking fine. No odd walking or movents. After going out for the first time just died within 30 mins.

Now it walked around groomed itself and layer by its mom. Then layer down again. I'm sure all the excitement is stressful. 2 chick's and mom all there just locking sad.
