Day 26 duck egg dead? I can see the air sac clearly and there is a strange blue dot visible on the side.

Day 26 duck egg dead? I can see the air sac clearly and there is a strange blue dot visible on the side.
I am not a duck person but try using a toothpick or tweezers to crack a slight hole and take a look inside, also candle it and see if there is movement or sound.
