Hi further to my inquiry, if I bring the humidity down to 35 to 45%,at piping time do I have to move eggs to a hatcher with a higher humidity and temperature or can they hatch in the incubator?

With reference to turning, do piping eggs have to not turn?

You don't lower humidity at pipping, you raise it.
You shouldn't turn eggs the last few days of incubation because the embryo is trying to get into hatching position.

What did you mean by the title of the thread? (dead embryos before hatching time)
