Dead pullet

Help! (I'm a newbie chicken-owner) I found one of my 4 week old chicks dead this morning. She seemed healthy, active and was eating and drinking well last night. I can't tell if it was coccidiosis but I've gone ahead and put ACV in the water as a precaution for the remaining 3. Anything I might be overlooking?

Hello from NC! Oh, cold was not an issue! It was probably 70degrees here last night.

If there's a chance your chicks have cocci, it would be advisable to treat with Corid or sulmet.
