Deaf Chick, or?

I have a chick who is around 2 weeks old. occasionally, while resting, it will close it's eyes, stretch its neck out and appear to be trying to peep, but with no sound. And it repeats that motion up to 5-6 times some times... It looks slightly uncomfortable, a little troubling even. Although, it acts normal except for this occasional behavior... what am I seeing here?

Is it after it eats? Maybe clearing it's throat? No idea but other with more experience will help out soon. You could post in Emergencies/Disease/Injuries also, although it isn't but more exposure.

It does look like it is clearing it's throat, but it is hard to say if it is after eating because it seems I always see it after it has been pecking at something... just looks different than all the others.
