Deaf Chick?

I have a Salmon Faverolle that seems deaf, and seems to have poor vision. She ignores me when I cluck for her to come eat, and she runs off the table when I am hand feeding her. Is her beard blocking her vision?
Any suggestions to get her to eat by herself?
