Dealing with aggressive chicks.

Welcome! It's pretty normal, as long as no injuries are happening. If you have a white light bulb in your heat lamp, switch it to a red light instead. Safer! Ignore this idea if you are using a brooder plate.

Erica,
I quickly came up with the chicken stick. A stick I use to scare and separate them from my tv chair (currently a camping chair in this 1850 restoration project). It works for a while after each intervention, but then they started again.

You will get an agressive chick in any batch of chicks you get. I have had it everytime. Just make sure you have enough space so they are not confined, this stops usually when they are around 4 weeks of age then they will form their real pecking order when they hit maturity. Hope everything works out.

Seems this was just over reaction to quick research. In a few days when they are a little bigger they are moving to a large 10sgft dog pen in the basement.
