Me too. I've actually been using it for years, especially on my face. I'm pretty fair and one time I noticed I had brownish marks on my forehead and realized it was from the sun. Scared the heck out of me, and looked bad too. I've been faithfully using sunblock on my face ever since, and try to remember the rest of my body too. It's easy to remember if you're at the beach, but sometimes I'll just be doing a little yard work and realize my chest and shoulders are burned, when I didn't even think I was in direct sun. Sneaky, that sun is....

Wear a hat or just keep yourself shaded. You don't need sunblock but you do need to keep skin covered from the sun and even when it's cloudy. If you're outside for more than 10 minutes, shade yourself after those 10 minutes.

I think I will take my chances with the sunblock, long sleeves and hats.... Before my cancer dx I wore sunscreen probably less than what I could count on 2 hands my entire life. I also take a Vit. D supplement and do all of my outside chores at dusk to minimize sun exposure.
