Dear chicken know-it-alls,

Just so you n00bs all know, the Ameraunicorns with the pea-horn lay the iridescent mother-of-pearl eggs, and the ones with the single-horn are mutts.

Here's my prize-winning camoodle, from the Steaming Pile lines, which you'll never have heard of, because they sell to no one but me...no one else is good enough.

Now see, haven't you been paying attention? They are either Amerunacorns (no I) OR Easter Eggicorns, can't be both. What color eggs do yours lay?

And, I do believe dragons DO lay devilled eggs. HUGE ones!

Sorry. I had to actually do some work for an hour, then had to catch up on about six pages of posts.

I've actually been contemplating a project, crossing my Easter Eggicorn roo (who throws chocolate eggs with marshmallow filling) with a New Hampshire Red dragon hen. I'm pretty sure I'd end up with hot fudge sauce.

I want to be the first one to test your eggs! One question-won't they melt all over my encuvator?

I know I am getting all "on topic" here, but it drives me nuts the way some people are about Ameraucanas/Easter Eggers. It's like they can't stop until they beat it into someone's head that the bird can't possibly be an Ameraucana because it's color isn't SOP.

Is there any other breed of chicken that turns into an entirely different breed when you mix 2 varieties together???

Example: Black Wyandotte x White Wyandotte = Plymouth Rock

I guess I just don't get it

I'll be careful to make sure my SQ bantam Ameraucanas don't morph into something else!

New Hampshire Red Dragons are my favorite breed. I wish they had white New Hampshire Red dragons.

I would buy some of that hot fudge sauce x especially with marshmellow filling. that dont taste like chicken.

Is that the one that Danischi is training?

No, Danischi only manages the lesser-know hairless camoodles. They're even more prized for their coloring mutation, the pin-stripe dilution gene which is sex-linked, recessive, and only occurs in rumpless crested bearded muff-less five-toed black-skinned Tuesday-hatch duck-footed buttercup-horned canoodles.

She's in tremendous demand, btw, as the best-known authority of hairlesss camoodles.

My encuvator is made out of an old styrofoam cooler, so I'll just fill it with ice, instead of a heating element. PROBLEM SOLVED!
