Death Layers not laying

Back in the spring with got six Brown ISA's and two Death Layers about a month later. The ISA's have been laying an egg per day but so far nothing from the DL.
Are they generally later in laying or something wrong?

I don't know anything about DL but google (you can't believe everything on google)... but googles says DL's start laying around 18-20 weeks. I believe ISA lay around 16 weeks.
