Dec. Egg Swap.. CLOSED

All 22 of my button eggs from the swap (and 3 of my own Coturnix eggs and 4 of my button eggs) went into the hatcher tonight. Due on the 27th.

2 of the coturnix were clear but the rest are waiting in the hatchy. Even mine that I put in at the same time. Took 5 days last time I may need to check the temps.

Should be pop'n out now!!

I'm working today so I can't check the progress every 2 min.

It's a good thing.

Can't wait till I get home (6:00). I will let you know tomarrow as the computer is down at home.

Still nothing on my end. Makes me worried- even mine that didn't ship have not hatched.

Could well be a problem on my end. Although I have hatched 81 just since mid november.

Maybe someones trying to tell me something-like --ENOUGH!!!

I'm not doing anymore Quail for a while. I want to do some chickens but may wait till it warms up.

WE HAVE ACHIEVED HATCH! The first of the 22 just zipped in literally 5 minutes. I looked, no pips, I looked again 5 minutes later, slimy little baby kicking his way out of shell. EEEEE!

Spooky and I have quail eggs- 16+ days. The ones with chickens will be a bit longer depending on when they got their eggs in..

I just love babies but a person needs to know when to stop.

I am OUT OF ROOM!! Guess thats my cue..
