December chicks in MD?

I'm Harford County MD, North East of Baltimore. January and February are pretty cold but usually our last snow is early March and it warms up quickly in April. Last frost is April 20th.
If i hatch large fowl in December for eggs next spring, How long before they could go outside?

well howdy from chesapeake! I'm guessing they should go out around march/april march because they would be pretty old, and april because it would have warmed up a bit.
