Deep litter method ??

Here is a link to inoculated deep litter. It's distinct from the methods above in that there is no maintenance at all a real set it and forget it litter with, no smell, no manure buildup, it's very dry, has bugs reproducing in it, creates guano like material for your garden if you want to use it there, made of free sawdust from a local sawmill only, and best of all you can raise as many or few birds on it as you want. The size of the coop doesn't matter but it should be 6-8 inches deep or deeper. The bacteria and fungus in your area makes the whole system work so you don't have to.
