Deep Litter Question - Small coop

We're going to have a 4x5 floor coop and elevate it so it'll be at about waist high. Can you do the deep litter method in an elevated coop this small or is it only recommended for larger, walk-in coops?

I think if you make the coop tall enough..... doors, roosts, roof......it could work.
