Deficiency or normal bantam egg?

It's generally not a good idea to attempt to hatch eggs from a pullet who has just begun to lay.
You should wait until she's been laying steadily and has all of her kinks worked out. Especially since you say her shells have been thin (common for a new layer). It is easier for bacteria to work through the shell-bacteria that can kill a developing embryo.
The egg you tried to hatch may have been fertilized, but there could have been many reasons why it didn't develop.
Do you have a candler?

I just stuck them in there because I was afraid to eat them and I had just put my other eggs in there. I'm very picky with food expiration even if I know it should still be good to eat(actually the reason I'm raising my own food). I didn't think they would hatch I just didn't want them to go to waste.

Update: All right I guess I can stop worrying now. I boiled one of her eggs and the shell on hers was so thick I had to smack it against the table 3 times. Also these last couple eggs were differently shaped then the first few.
