Black sex link. Her momma was a barred rock, her daddy was probably a rhode island red or similar hatchery red bird. Her eggs will be close to a rock or red's in color, basically a medium/light brown. She'll be a great little layer!

Yeah, they are certainly great egg-laying machines! I've known a few Black Sex-links, and they lay all year long no matter the weather. Great backyard or small-flock birds.
