Ok, so today our 3 gouldian chicks left the nest, and we thought only 2 had, so I went in to check the nest, but I noticed one on the floor, and couldn't see its lower half of beak, so I picked it up and brought it inside knowing it wouldn't survive the night seeing it doesn't seem to be able to fly either... should I take it to a vet, or maybe a rescue centre seeing they r natives to Australia where I live? And what should I do in the mean time with food and water?

You've got a "cross beak" deformity. Things don't go well for those little guys as they get older...can't eat or drink as it grows and worsens. Some will do heroics to feed them when they are like this but it may be more humane to cull it now while it is little. Sorry for the bad news. Take care.
