I purchased the medicated feed already, but plan to start feeding it to them after they finish the 5 day Corid treatment (which will be Thursday) since I don't want to 'over correct' the problem.

That makes sense.

I was also wondering if I should give them electrolytes and/or probiotics to help them recover once they're off the Corid.

Check labels, so you don't give anything with added thiamine when they are on the medicated feed.

I think they should be fine without electrolytes or probiotics, but I think it would also be fine to offer those if you want to, as long as the chicks also have a source of plain water so they can choose (the same way you offered it back at the beginning of this thread.)
