Deformed beak

Hi everyone im new to getting ducklings and have already lost one of my 4 I had due to some issue I never figured out, but I have a duckling here that has a very deformed beak and was born this way but has he grows it gets more and more deformed. Compared to the other two I have he's losing weight and I'm scared for his health and he doesn't have nostrils also born that way. I would just like some advice if he will live or if I can go seek veterinarian help im just so worried. And yes he breathes out of his mouth and his tongue is drying up but we make sure he has water at all times, please and thank you everyone

Are you feeding this little one in a deep bowl so it can scoop? And moistened feed might work better. It’s adorable! Does it drink water okay?

Yes moistened food and yes drinking water and breaths ok I was just concerned and I got one of the red feeder dishes. Should I up it to like a bowl? Thank you

You mean the feeders for chicks? It might eat better with a deeper bowl so it can scoop the feed up. @ruthhope has a duck with a deformed bill from an attack hopefully she can explain what she uses for her drake.
