Deformed Chick

I just had a little dorking chick that hatched and it is seriously deformed. Has anyone seen anything like this before? It only has one eye and, as you can see, the eye is in the wrong place-not in the eye socket. The beak is also crossed and has an "underbite." The chick has lived for two days, but is very weak. I think I'm going to have to put it down

It looks like the two halves during embryo formation did not match up. His beak is off center. I'm sorry for the little guy, he probably won't survive.

Sometimes we have to make a decision about the quality of life.... I'm sorry about the position you are in it's hard when they are trying to fight for themselves. Good luck with your decision!
