What is wrong and what do I do? This chick hatched two days after last chick. It's still alive but very floppy. Looks like the broody broke it and another eggs. Other egg was empty - I guess. Is thus where yolk absorbs in?

After searching more this sort of looks like an umbilical hernia, but it looks like there's also a tear next to it. Its stopped bleeding, but there was a lot of blood in the nest and on the broody's legs. I took it from the nest because she was trampling it a bit. (Plus she has two older chicks she's more interested in.) I covered its belly with Neosporin and it seems to be resting comfortably on a heating pad. But it's still not walking and it's at least 6 hours old now. Scooting around on its belly can't be helping its situation. :( I saw some people mention applying band aids , but how would you do this on a chick? Wouldn't it hurt as its feathers grow in? Could I use liquid bandaid?
